الملخص
ملخص البحث: تُعنى هذه الدراسة ببيان أهمّ الــمَسالك والآليات المساعدة على إدراك مقاصد السنة النبوية، والهدف منها تحقيق مُقاربة تُعنى باستنطاق لفظ الحديث النبوي، وتحليل إشاراته، مع حِراسة مدلولات ألفاظه، فهمًا وتأويلًا، حتى نتفادى كل تأويل إسقاطي لهذا النص النبوي الأصيل. وذلك مَطلبٌ عزيز لا يبلُغه إلا الأفذاذُ من المشتغلين بالسنة النبوية، ولا يتأتى لهم ذلك إلا وفق آليات علمية ومنهجية، خارجية وداخلية، أساسها: جمعُ أحاديث الباب الواحد، ثم جودة النظر في لغة الحديث النبوي، وحسن التأمّل في سياقه، وأسلوبه، وإشاراته، والتي تُنبي عن مقاصد خطابه ﷺ. فقد تكون تلك المقاصد والمعاني ظاهرةً بيّنة، وقد تخفى، فلا ينبغي عندها إلغاءُ ظاهر الخطاب، أو حصرُ دِلالته في ذلك المعنى فقط. الكلمات المفتاحية: آليات – مَسالك – مقاصد السنة – الحديث النبوي. THE MECHANISMS AND PATHWAYS OF REALIZING THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROPHETICAL SUNNAH – A THEORETICAL APPLIED STUDY -. Research summary: This study aims to explain the most important paths and mechanisms that assist in the realization of the purposes of the Prophetical Sunnah, and its aim is to achieve an approach that deals with interrogating the wording of the Prophetical hadith. And analyzing his signs, while watching the meanings of his words, understanding and interpreting, so that we avoid every interpretation of this authentic prophetic text. This is a dear demand that only the most peerless people who work in the Prophetic Sunnah will reach them, and that is only possible according to scientific and methodological mechanisms, external and internal ones, its basis is: Collecting the hadiths of one chapter, then looking into the language quality of the Prophet’s hadith well, and carefully reflecting on its context, style, and indications which indicate the purposes of his speech (salutations and prayers be upon him). These purposes and meanings may be clearly visible, or they may be diseappear, so it is unnecessary to cancel the appearance of the discourse, or to limit its connotations to that meaning only.
