الملخص
لماذا تشكل الترجمة الآلية من اللغة العربية إلى اللغات الأجنبية والعكس بالعكس معضلة كبرى مقارنة باللغات الأخرى؟ هل المشكل في قواعد النحو التقليدية التي لم تحوسب؟ أم قلة المهارات التكنولوجية في العالم العربي؟ أم هي بكل بساطة عدم الاهتمام بتحديث لغتنا الأم ومسايرة العالم الرقمي؟ لماذا بمقدور الأمريكي والألماني والاسباني والياباني والفرنسي أن يضع أي نص بلغته على برامج الترجمة المتاحة على الانترنيت مثلاً: ويحصل بكبسة زر على مقابله التقريبي باللغة التي يريد، بينما يبقى الباحث العربي عاجزًا عن الوصول إلى نتيجة مقبولة ومفهومة إذا ما أراد ترجمة أي نص من أي لغة إلى العربية، بالمعنى كيف السبيل إلى حوسبة اللغة العربية؟ بل كيف نكتب ونصوغ لغة برمجية آلية تحت محدد الخوارزميات الحازم ليفهم الحاسوب المقصود. هذه الأسئلة وأخرى هي التي تحدد مجال الاشتغال في هذه الدراسة. الأهداف: تروم هذه الدراسة تقديم مدى فاعلية تطبيق الترجمة الآلية المجاني عبر الإنترنت (GoogleTranslate) من العربية إلى الإنجليزية أو العكس ، متوخين منها مايلي: 1-التعريف بالترجمة الآلية. 2- المعالجة الآلية للغة العربية في نطاق محور“الترجمة الآلية ومعالجة اللغة آليا ، 3- سنحاول عرض نماذج عن أزمة الترجمة الآلية من خلال تطبيق Google Translate النتائج: المعضلة الأصل هي أن جهود الباحثين العرب لا تزال في البداية ، كما أن نمط تدريس المواد العلمية كالرياضيات والفيزياء والتقنيات بغير اللغة العربية يشكل عقبة كبرى. وهذا هو التحدي إذا توفرت الإرادة عند سلطة القرار والتمويل في مختلف مجالات البحث بما فيها الجامعات ومراكز البحث Abstract Why do machine translation from Arabic into foreign languages and vice versa constitute a problem compared to other languages? Is the problem in traditional grammar rules? Or the weakness of technological skills in the Arab world? Or is it simply a lack of interest in progressing our language with the digital world? Why can the American, German, Spanish, Japanese, and French put any text in his own language on the translation programs available on the Internet, for example, and with one click he gets the approximate equivalent in the target text. However, the Arab researcher remains unable to reach an acceptable and understandable result if he wants to translate any text from any language Into Arabic, in other words, how we can computerize the Arabic language as an automatic programming language under the strict determinant of Algorithms. These and other questions determine the scope of this study. This study aims to present the effectiveness of the free online machine translation application (GoogleTranslate) from Arabic to English or vice versa, envisioning the following: 1- Introduction to machine translation. 2- Automatic processing of the Arabic language within the scope of the “machine translation and automatic language processing” axis, 3- We will try to display examples of the machine translation crisis through the Google Translate application Results: The original dilemma is that the efforts of Arab researchers are still in the beginning, and the pattern of teaching scientific subjects such as mathematics, physics, and technology in a language other than Arabic constitutes a major obstacle. This is the challenge if the will is available in the authority decision, and funding in various fields of research, including universities and research centers
