صياغة اسم الآلة دراسة معاصرة في ضوء قرارات مجمع اللغة العربية بالقاهرة

الملخص
تناول البحث صياغة اسم الآلة من خلال الوقائع المعاصرة للمجتمعات العربية، في ضوء قرارات مجمع اللغة العربية بالقاهرة، فتناول الصيغ الصرفية لاسم الآلة التي أقر مجمع اللغة العربية بالقاهرة قياسيتها، مع النظر في قراراته والرجوع إلى ما قاله علماء الصرف القدماء والمحدثين، وكيفية توظيف تلك الصيغ التي أقر المجمع قياسيتها في خدمة المجتمعات العصرية في ظل كثرة المخترعات الحديثة في مختلف المجالات، بمختلف القدرات والأوصاف. وقد سار البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي باستقراء القرارات الصادرة عن المجمع في هذا الشأن، والمنهج التحليلي في تحليل تلك القرارات والرجوع إلى مظانها الرئيسة، وقد حاول البحث قدر جهده في مناقشة قرارات مجمع اللغة العربية أن يواكب العصر في إطار لا يُخرج اللغة عن ثوابتها الأصيلة، وتوصل إلى نتائج من أهمها: اقتراح بعض الأسس التي يراها مهمة في وضع أسماء المخترعات الحديثة، بما يوفر الاقتصاد والكفاية اللغوية، كما يوصي البحث بتوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة العمل على توحيد المصطلح العربي في الأقطار العربية المختلفة. It must This Study discussed formulation of utilitarian noun using contemporary realities of Arab Societies under the decisions of Arabic Language Academy in Cairo. This Study also discussed adverbial formulas of utilitarian noun which Arabic Language Academy in Cairo approved its analogies, considered the decisions, reviewed the opinions of Traditional and Modern Morphology Scholars. Arabic Language Academy in Cairo also considered how to use the approved analogies of formulas of contemporary community service, under the large number of modern inventors in various fields with different capabilities and descriptions. This Study used Inductive Approach to extrapolate the decisions issued by Arabic Language Academy in Cairo in this regard, and Analytical Approach to analyze those decisions and referring to its main points. This Study tried to discuss decisions of Arabic Language Academy in modernizing without deviating from language constants, and reaching the most important results such as; suggest some of the important foundations in titling the modern inventors to provide economics and linguistic competence, and Research recommends; the necessity of unification the Arabic term in different Arab countries.
