موقع الحق في البيئة ضمن الإعلانات والاتفاقيات الدولية

الملخص
الملخص: أصبحت حماية البيئة من موضوعات القانون الدولي الحديثة، وعلى الرغم من حداثة هذا الموضوع، إلا أنه عد من مبادئ حقوق الإنسان، وعلى ذلك، سنهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى التعرف على هذا الحق الجديد الذي أخذ موقعه في الإعلانات والاتفاقيات الدولية، وتم الاعتراف به، وصار من الحقوق الأساسية وهو الحق في البيئة، وهذا بوجود مبرراته كحق من حقوق الإنسان، وذلك بتحديد مفهومه وإقراره في الإعلانات والاتفاقيات الدولية، التي دخل من خلالها الحق في البيئة في إطار قانوني ربط بين قضيتي البيئة وحقوق الإنسان. Abstract : Environmental protection has become an important modern topic in International Law, and despite the novelty of this topic, it is considered one of the principles of Human Rights, so, the research aims to recognize this new right, who take a place in International Declarations and Conventions, and it was recognized, and it became one of the basic rights, which is the Right to Environment, and this is with its justification as a Human Right by defining its concept and acknowledging it in International Declarations and Agreements, through which The Right to Environment entered into a legal framework linking the environmental and Human Rights issues.
