تأثير الصعود الصيني على النظام الدولي في ظل الهيمنة الأمريكية

الملخص
سعت هذه الدراسة إلى رصد تأثير الصعود الصيني، بالاعتماد على مجموعة من المؤشرات السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية، كما حاولت التطرق إلى أفاق صعود التنين الصيني الطامح إلى كسب مكانة عالمية تتوافق مع امكاناته وقدراته المتصاعدة في ظل النظام الدولي الخاضع للسيطرة الأمريكية. وقد بينت الدراسة أنّ الصين أضحت قوة ذات تأثير مزدوج، فهي مصدر قلق ومثار انتقادات بالنسبة للدول الكبرى ولجيرانها، وهي في الوقت نفسه شريك اقتصادي من الصعب الاستغناء عنه. وختاما توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ الصين استطاعت التكيف مع المتغيرات الدولية من خلال حرص السلطات الصينية على إضفاء الطابع السلمي المثير للإعجاب والتخوف في أن واحد..Abstract: This study was aimed to observe the factors leading to the abrupt rise of China, referring to a set of data supported by other political, military, and economic. It also sheds light on the prospects of this notable rising that is continuously aspiring to secure an international position that goes hand in hand with its potentials and ambitions under the shadow of the American dominance on the international regime. Therefore, the present research establishes that China has become a double-edged force that, on the one hand, is considered a source of trouble and an open door for critiques from both developed and neighboring countries, and on the other hand, its role as an economic all is undeniable and highly recognized. It also pinpoints that China has easily adapted to international changes through maintaining peace that crowned it’s both impressive and intimidating rising.
