مدى توافر ريادة الأعمال لدى طلبة كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة عمر المختار فرع درنة (ليبيا)

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى توافر ريادة الأعمال لدى طلاب المرحلة الأخيرة بكلية الاقتصاد بجامعة عمر المختار، وذلك من خلال البعدين الآتيين: (الخصائص الريادية ، الطموح في الأعمال الريادية)، إضافة إلى ذلك التعرف عمّا إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المشاركين حول ريادة الأعمال تعزى إلى المتغيرين التاليين: (النوع ، القسم العلمي)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، فقد قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة، معتمداً على بعض الدراسات السابقة، حيث تم التأكد من مصداقيتها و معامل الثبات لها ، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع طلاب المرحلة الأخيرة بكلية الاقتصاد في جامعة عمر المختار فرع درنة ، والذي بلغ قوامه (110) طالباً وطالبة ، وبعد توزيع الاستبانة ، تم استرجاع (88) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالحاسب الآلي واستخدام برنامج إحصائي من خدمة البرمجيات الواردة في (SPSS) ، حيث تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج يمكن إيجازها فيما يلي : كشفت الدراسة أن هناك مستوى مرتفع من توافر ريادة الأعمال وبُعديّها لدى طلبة كلية الاقتصاد قيد الدراسة، كذلك بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المشاركين حول ريادة الأعمال وبُعديها تعزى لمتغير النوع ، كما أوضحت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المشاركين حول ريادة الاعمال اجمالاً و بُعد الطموح في الاعمال الريادية تعزى لمتغير القسم العلمي ولصالح قسم إدارة الأعمال وبمستوى مرتفع ، وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي يؤمل أتباعها لتعزيز ممارسة ريادة الأعمال لدى طلبة كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة عمر المختار . الكلمات الدالة: ريادة الأعمال، الخصائص الريادية، الطموحات في الأعمال الريادية، كلية الاقتصاد، جامعة عمر المختار، مدينة درنة (ليبيا) . Abstract : The study aims to diagnose the availability of entrepreneurship among students of the last stage at the Faculty of Economics in Omar Al-Mukhtar University, through the following two dimensions: (Entrepreneurial characteristics, ambition in entrepreneurial business). The study also aims to identifying whether there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the participants on entrepreneurship due to the following two variables: (gender, scientific department).Therefore, the researcher has developed a questionnaire based on some previous studies, which they were sure of their validity and reliability. The study population was represented in all the final stage students at the Faculty of Economics at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, Derna branch, They were about (110) students. The study followed the method of the comprehensive survey, and after the distribution of the questionnaire, (88) form were retrieved as valid for statistical analysis. In analysing the study data, statistical computer program services were used through the software contained in (SPSS). The results found were summarised as follows: Firstly, The study revealed that there is a high level of entrepreneurship and its dimensions among students of the Faculty of Economics under study. Secondly ,The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the participants on the dimensions of entrepreneurship due to the gender variable. Thirdly, The study showed that there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the participants concerning entrepreneurship and the dimension of entrepreneurial work ambition due to the variable of the scientific department and for the benefit of the business administration department and a high level. Finally, the study provided a set of recommendations that will hopefully be followed for raise the level of entrepreneurship Among students at the Faculty of Economics in Omar Al-Mukhtar University under study.
