أنماط القيادة الإدارية وعملية اتخاذ القرار (دراسة تحليلية)

الملخص
القيادة الإدارية الفعالة تعد سلعة نادرة في سوق يتميز بالنقص في الكفاءات القيادية ، فهي محورا أساسيا في أي منظمة سواء كانت اقتصادية أو إدارية أو تربوية أو غيرها ، وتستمد القيادة الإدارية أهميتها من قدرتها على الاستغلال الأمثل لمقومات المنظمة ومواردها في رفع الأداء وذلك من خلال استخدام أنماط قيادية تتسم بالفعالية وتتلاءم مع الظروف الفعلية للعمل والإنتاج داخل المنظمة. وذلك لأن إحداث التغيير والتطوير في أي منظمة لا يتم إلا في ظل قيادة واعية ورشيدة من خلال اتخاذ القرارات الرشيدة التي تضمن السير الاستراتيجي للمنظمة ، و هو ما تناولته نظرياتها بالدراسة . وهدفت الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة بين الأنماط القيادية الثلاثة (الديمقراطي؛ التسيبي؛ الدكتاتوري) وعملية اتّخاذ القرار داخل المنظمة. Effective administrative leadership is a rare commodity in a market characterized by a shortage of leadership competencies, as it is an essential axis in any organization, whether economic, administrative, educational, or other, and the importance of administrative leadership derives from its ability to optimize the use of the organization’s components and resources in raising performance through the use of patterns Effective leadership that suits the actual conditions of work and production within the organization. This is because bringing about change and development in any organization does not take place except under conscious and rational leadership through rational decision-making that ensures the strategic course of the organization, which is what its theories have studied. The study aimed to know the relationship between the three leadership styles (democrat, Tzibi, dictatorial) and the decision-making process within the organization.
