الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الكرامة الإنسانية وتطبيقاته في علاقات العمل، وذلك من خلال تحديد مفهوم هذه الكرامة والتفصيل في مضمونها ومكوناتها وأبعادها، في إطار قانون علاقات العمل. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن فكرة الكرامة في العمل هي الهدف الأساسي والغاية الجوهرية المقصد الرئيسي الذي يصبوا إليه قانون علاقات العمل، لأن الاعتراف بها كقيمة قانونية يساهم في ترسيخ مفهوم أنسنة مجال العمل، فضلا عن تعزيز مكانة الإنسان داخل المؤسسة. Abstract: .Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the concept of human dignity and its applications in labor relations, by defining the concept of dignity at work and detailing its content, components and dimensions under the labor relations law. The study concluded that the idea of dignity at work is the primary goal and the ultimate objective and the main purpose that seeks the labor relations law; because it is recognition as a legal value contributes to establishing the humanization of the field of work as well as strengthening the position of the human being in the institution.
