أنظمة رصد وتفريغ المشاهدات في الملاحظة البحثية؛ نظرة عامة ومبادئ توجيهية

الملخص
هدفت الورقة الحالية الى تقديم صورة متكاملة وسليمة عن مختلف أنظمة التفريغ المعتمدة أثناء عملية رصد الباحثين لمشاهداتهم باستخدام الملاحظة البحثية، اضافة الى إعادة ضبط مفهوم الملاحظة البحثية بما يتلاءم والوضع المنهجي السائد في المجتمع العلمي المعاصر، وكذا للكشف عن أبرز الأخطاء التي يمكن لهؤلاء الباحثين الوقوع فيها أثناء هذه العملية. وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف قام الباحث بالنظر في الممارسات البحثية الشائعة، إضافة الى تحليل أهم الأدبيات المتوفرة والتي تقدم معرفة رصينة بخصوص أنظمة رصد وتفريغ المشاهدات في الملاحظة البحثية، وقد حرر في سبيل ذلك مجموعة من المعلومات ركّزت على نقطة مهمة تتعلق بكيفية تنظيم واستخدام أنظمة تفريغ المشاهدات، اذ تم اظهار مميزات ومعايير استخدام كل من (شبكة الملاحظة، دفتر الملاحظة، الجدول الزمني للملاحظة) وذلك بعد أن تم إعادة ضبط مفهوم الملاحظة البحثية بالتركيز على مسألة تنظيم وشمولية الرصد؛ أمّا بالنسبة للأخطاء التي لوحظ بأن الباحثين المبتدئين يقعون فيها أثناء رصدهم للمشاهدات، فقد كان من أهمها (خطأ الحواس، خطأ التقدير، خطأ المسافة...) بالنسبة للمعايير والاحترازات التي اقترحت في هذه الورقة، ركّز الباحث على ضرورة التمييـز بين نظام التفريغ النهائي والأوراق المسوّدة، إضافة الى استثمار مختلف الحواس أثناء القيام بالملاحظة، مع ترك مسافة نفسية واجتماعية بين الملاحظ والوسط الـمُلاحظ. Abstract: The present paper aimed to form an integrated and accurate picture of the various tabulation systems adopted during the process of collecting the observations by research observation. Resetting the concept of research observation to suit the prevailing methodological situation in the contemporary scientific community. Exposing the most prominent mistakes that the researchers can make during this process. In order to achieve these goals, the researcher examined the common research practices, in addition to analyzing the most important available literature that provides thoughtful knowledge regarding observations collection and tabulation systems in the research observation. For this purpose, the researcher edited a set of information that focused on an important point related to how to organize and use the observations collection systems, where he presented features and standards for using each of (Observation grid, Observation booklet, and Observation schedule) this was after resetting the concept of research observation by focusing on the issue of organization and comprehensiveness of collection. As for the mistakes observed on the novice researchers while collecting the observations, the most important of them were (error of the senses, error of estimation, error of distance ...). Regarding the standards and precautions suggested in this paper, the researcher focused on the necessity of distinguishing between the final tabulation system and the draft papers, in addition to investing the various senses during the observation, while leaving a psychological and social distance between the observer and the observed environments.
