الملخص
ص: تمثل مؤسسات التعليم العالي بجميع أشكالها وأنماطها قمة الهرم التعليمي في جميع الأنظمة التعليمية في العالم فهي مركز إشعاع حضاري وعلمي يهدف إلى تنمية المجتمع اقتصاديا وعلميا وثقافيا. ويعتبر الأستاذ الجامعي الركيزة الأساسية لتحقيق أهداف الجامعة و القيام بوظائفها فلا جامعة بدون أستاذ ،فهو أهم أركان التعليم الجامعي و أرقاها إذ أنه يقوم بعدة وظائف داخل الجامعة وخارجها ومن بين هذه الوظائف الإشراف على الرسائل الجامعية للطلاب في المراحل النهائية، حيث تعتبر عملية الإشراف من أكثر المهام صعوبة على الأستاذ والطالب معا ،لأنه يشكل كل منهما عنصرا مهما فيها و مسؤولا عنها . نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى إبراز دور الأستاذ الجامعي في عملية الإشراف على الرسائل الجامعية للطلبة وسنسعى إلى معرفة كيفية تسيير الإشراف والمعايير الأساسية التي يقوم عليها، وكذلك التطرق إلى أهم المعيقات التي من شأنها أن تعرقل سير عملية الإشراف . الكلمات المفتاحية: الأستاذ الجامعي- الجامعة- الإشراف – الرسائل الجامعية- الطالب الجامعي. Abstract: Higher education Institutions ,in all their forms and patterns , represent the top of the educational pyramid in all educational systems in the world . it is a cultural and scientific center of radiation aimed at developing society economically , scientifically and culturally . The university professor is considered the main pillar for achieving the university's goals and carrying out its functions . a university without a professor is the most important pillar of university education and the most prestigious , as he carries out several functions inside and outside the university and among these jobs is supervising university theses for students in the final stages. The teacher and the students together , because each of them is an important and responsible element in it . Through this article , it aims to highlight the role of the university professor in the process of supervising university theses for students , and we will strive to find out how supervision is managed and the basic standards on which it is based , as well as to address the most important difficulties that would impede the progress of the supervision process.
