أثر المصطلح ووظائفه في الكتابة اللسانية، قراءة في المصطلح اللساني ومشكلات وضعه

الملخص
) 150 كلمة على الأكثر) إنّ تعدّد آليات صناعة المصطلح فتح بابا واسعا على وفود عدد هائل من المصطلحات من اللغات الأجنبية إلى اللغة العربية. فحدث اضطراب لدى القارئ بأي مصطلح يأخذ، مع العلم أن دلالة المصطلح الموضوع واحدة ومعرفته مفتاحٌ من أهمِّ مفاتيح العلوم. فهل اللغة العربية بحاجة ماسّة للمصطلح كما هي حاجة لغات العالم إليه؟ وهل ما تفتقر إليه اللّغة العربية من ألفاظ كذلك تفتقر إليه اللّغات الأخرى؟ باعتبار الغزو اللّغوي ظاهر في كثير من البلدان ثقافيا واقتصاديا. وأتوخى في هاته المقالة عن "علاقة اللّسانيات بعلم المصطلح" التي تنمّ على الظّواهر العامّة للّغة التي تعيش مخاض تولّد الدّوال، عندما تقتحمها مدلولات مستحدثة، تَتَبَنَّى ضمن محاور اهتمامها "قضية المصطلح اللساني"، ، منها البحوث التّأصيلية الّتي تُعنَى بالأصول الاشتقاقية وتاريخ تفرّعها، ومنها البحوث المختصّة بالرّصيد اللّفظي في فرعين من علم اللّسان: القاموسية والمعجمية. وعلى هذا الأساس يؤدِّي المصطلح مجموعة من "الوظائف المنوطة به"، مع مراعاة "قواعد وضع واختيار المصطلح اللّساني". (Do not cedex 150 words) The multiplicity of mechanisms for the terminology has opened up a wide range of terms from foreign languages to Arabic. There is a disturbance to the reader of any term takes, knowing that the significance of the term and the subject is one of the most important keys of science. Does the Arabic language desperately need the term as it does the world's languages? Is the Arabic language lacking in words as well as other languages? The linguistic invasion is apparent in many countries culturally and economically. In this article I envisage the relationship of linguistics to the terminology, which is based on the general phenomena of the language in labor that generate functions, when it is invaded by new connotations, which, within its focus, adopts the issue of the linguistic terminology, including the original research that deals with the history and origins. Researches related to verbal balance in two branches of linguistics: lexical and lexical. On this basis, the term performs a set of "functions assigned to it", taking into account "the rules for the development and selection of the linguistic term".
