الملخص

:الملخص تعتبر الهجرة غير الشرعية الحلم الذي يتبادر إلى أذهان غالبية الشباب الذي يعيش في كنف مجتمع لم يستطع أن يوفر له أدنى ظروف الحياة ، حيث يرى أنها الوسيلة الوحيدة التي ستمكنه من تحقيق أحلامه التي رسمها في مخيلته ، رغم أنه يدرك تماما مدى الخطورة التي سيواجهها عند إقدامه على خوض مثل هذه المغامرة ، و على هذا الأساس فإننا نجد أغلبية الدول تسعى جاهدة إلى تجريم هذه الظاهرة من خلال تشريعاتها الداخلية للحد و لو نسبيا من الآثار الوخيمة التي تنجر عنها ABSTRACT: Illegal immigration is the dream that comes to the minds of the majority of young people living in a society that has not been able to provide him with the lowest living conditions. He believes that this is the only way he will be able to realize his dream, although he is fully aware of the danger he will face On the basis of this adventure, and on this basis we find the majority of countries are striving to criminalize this phenomenon through its domestic legislation to reduce and even a relative of the adverse effects that it evades.
