الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطوير نموذج كارول لأبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات، نظرا للمرونة التي تتسم بها وقابليتها للتطور استجابة للمتطلبات المستجدة. وهذا من خلال اقتراح بُعد صحي في مواجهة الأزمات الصحية كأزمة فيروس كورونا. ونظرا للدور الكبير الذي يمكن أن تضطلع به الشركات في هذا المجال، نقترح وضع استراتيجية طويلة المدى تتضمن عناصر صحية مهمة، حماية للعمال والمستهلكين ومختلف أصحاب المصلحة بالمجتمع، بدلا من مجرد مبادرات مؤقتة وعشوائية. Abstract: This study aims to develop Carroll's model for the dimensions of corporate social responsibility, given its flexibility and potential for development in response to emerging requirements. This is by proposing a health dimension in the face of health crises such as the Corona virus. Given the large role that companies can play in this field, we suggest developing a long-term strategy that includes important health components, protection for workers, consumers and various stakeholders in society, rather than just temporary and random initiatives.
