الملخص
رغم ما لشبكة الأنترنت من إيجابيات ومزايا كثيرة، إلا أن لها آثار سلبية بحيث ساهمت وبشكل كبير في إزدياد الجرائم الأخلاقية بصفة عامة وجرائم الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال والمراقهين بصفة خاصة، كونهم أكثر الفئات عرضة للاستدراج، وأمام هذا الواقع الذي يتخطى الحدود الوطنية سارعت الدول إلى مواجهة هذه الظاهرة التي تشكل مساساً بالنظام العام والآداب، محاولة تجريم كل ما من شأنه إستغلال الأطفال جنسياً عبر شبكة الأنترنت. ومنه فالتساؤل يطرح: حول مدى كفاية أحكام التجريم التي سنها المشرع الجزائري في قانون العقوبات لحماية الطفل من استغلاله في المواد الإباحية عبر الأنترنت؟. And from it, the question arises: about the adequacy of the criminalization provisions enacted by the Algerian legislator in the Penal Code to protect children from being exploited in pornography via the Internet ?.
