الملخص : يتناول هذا البحث نظرية أفعال الكلام ، إحدى ركائز الدرس التداولي الحديث في الفكر اللغوي العربي القديم و الحديث من خلال دراسة مقارنة تتراوح بين الباحث عن السمات الإجرائية لهذه النظرية عن طريق التأصيل لمفاهيمها في الموروث العربي القديم كمحاولة لكشف الأبعاد التداولية التي قعّد لها الجاحظ من مؤلفاته ، وبين الترجمة الفكرية للنظرية الغربية عند الدكتور طه عبد الرحمن و ما هي أهم المنطلقات المشتركة بينهما ، و ما هي أوجه الاختلاف و التداخل بين تطرحيهما لنظرية الفعل الكلامي العربي ؟ summry This research deals with the theory of the acts of speech, one of the pillars of the modern deliberative lesson in the old and modern Arabic linguistic thought through a comparative study ranging from the search for the procedural features of this theory through the details of its concepts in the ancient Arab heritage as an attempt to reveal the parliamentary dimensions that AL- DJAHIZ of its authors has prepared. In addition to the intellectual translation of the Western theory by Dr. Taha Abdul Rahman, what are the main points of common interest between them, and what are the differences and the overlap between their evolution of the theory of the Arab speech act?
