الملخص
ملخص: عرفت عملية بناء الدولة العديد من التحولات والمتعلقة أساسا بالتحديات من داخل وخارج الدولة خاصة تدفقات العولمة، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تكييف المشروع الليبرالي والنظرية السياسية المعاصرة ذات الأيديولوجية الغربية المتطورة في دول غير غربية نامية. يعالج المقال كيفية معالجة النظرية السياسية المعاصرة خاصة نظرية جون رولز لظاهرة بناء الدولة في ظل متغير العدالة الاجتماعية. وقد التأكيد على ضرورة المزاوجة بين الأسس الأخلاقية وإصلاح التصدعات التي آلت إليها المجتمعات، والإلزام القانوني الدستوري. Abstract : State building process has witnessed many transformations related mainly to challenges from inside and outside the country, especially the flows of globalization. This study aims to try to adapt the liberal project and contemporary political theory with a developed Western ideology in non-western developing countries. The article deals with how contemporary political theory, especially John Rolls' theory of state-building phenomenon under the variable of social justice, is addressed. He emphasized the necessity of mixing the moral foundations, repairing the cracks that societies have become, and constitutional legal binding.
