الديمقراطية التواصلية وبناء الدولة المعاصرة في فكر هابرماس Communicative Democracy And Contemporary State Building In Habermas's Thought

الملخص

جاء الاهتمام بعملية بناء الدولة في الفكر السياسي المعاصر واضح المعالم مع مدرسة فرانكفورت وهابرماس تحديدا من خلال عملية نقد الدولة الرأسمالية وإديولوجياتها التي قامت عليها والتي ستكون المنطلق لنظريته الجديدة في بناء الدولة تلك النظرية التي لا تخرج عن إطار مشروعه الفلسفي التواصلي القائم على نظرة جديدة في كيفية التواصل بين الفرد والمجتمع والنظام السياسي، لتأتي مناقشته لمشكلة شرعية السلطة السياسية كحجر زاوية في عملية البناء للدولة، وتروم هذه المداخلة الإجابة عن التساؤل التالي: كيف تتأسس دولة القانون الديمقراطية عند هابرماس؟ وإلى أي مدى يمكن للحوار القائم بين الدولة والمجتمع في الفضاء العمومي أن يؤسس دولة ديمقراطية؟ وللإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات اقترحنا العناصر البحثية التالية: The interest in the state-building process in contemporary political thought came clearly with the Frankfurt and Habermas School specifically through the process of criticizing the capitalist state and its ideologies that were based on it and which will be the starting point for his new theory in state building that theory that does not go out of the framework of his communicative philosophical project based on a new look at how Communication between the individual and society and the political system, so that his discussion of the problem of the legitimacy of political power comes as a cornerstone in the process of building the state, and this intervention aims to answer the following question: How is the democratic state of law established by Habermas? And to what extent can the dialogue between the state and society in the public space establish a democratic state? To answer these questions, we suggested the following research elements: 1- Regulating basic concepts (democracy, public space, modernity) 2- Habermas and critique of modernity 3- Public space and participatory democracy.
