الملخص
.ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل عملية بناء الدولة في الجزائر عبر مساراتها المختلفة من خلال تحديد الأشواط المرحلية التي قطعتها الجزائر في عملية البناء الدولاتي وإبراز مسيرتها التاريخية , كون أن عملية بناء الدولة هي عملية دينامكية مستمرة تتم على مراحل تتميز بخاصية النسبية نظرا لاتصالها بالقيم السائدة داخل النسق الحضاري الثقافي فهي تختلف باختلاف السياقات البيئية التي تتم داخلها , فالدولة تتغير و تتجذر بنخبها وآلياتها و سياساتها , و لكل دولة خصوصيتها المتميزة عن غيرهاو على الرغم من الاختلاف التي تحمله حالات بناء الدولة من نموذج إلى أخر و من دولة إلى أخرى فإن هناك رابط مشترك بينها جميعا و هو وجود جهاز بير Abstract This research paper aims to analyze the process of building the state in Algeria through its various paths by identifying the progressive strides that Algeria made in this process and highlighting its historical process, since the process of state building is a continuous dynamic process that takes place in stages characterized by the property of relativity due to its connection with the prevailing values Within the cultural and civilizational system, it differs according to the environmental contexts that take place within it; because the state changes with its elites, mechanisms, and policies, and each country has its own distinct advantage over others, despite the difference that state-building cases carry from one model to another and from one state to another, there is a common link between them all, which is the existence of a bureaucratic or administrative apparatus that falls on it. The biggest burden in carrying out the tasks and assignments required for the formation or creation of the state.وقراطي أو إداري يقع عليه العبء الأكبر في تنفيذ المهمات و الوطائف التي تتطلبها عملية تشكيل أو تكوين الدولة .
