مدرسة الإمام سحنون وأثرها الحضاري في إنشاء وتطوير مؤسسة الحسبة بالغرب الإسلامي

الملخص
تعتبر المدرسة السحنونية بالغرب الإسلامي هي صاحبة الفضل الكبير في تنظيم المجتمع المغربي عموما ، والتي ساهمت كثيرا في تشكيل الهوية المغربيـة ذات المرجعية الإسلاميـة ، ومرد ذلك إلى الإصلاحات المختلفة والمتنوعة التي مست المجتمع المغربي سياسيا وثقافيا واقتصاديا واجتماعيا ، مما أدى إلى تأسيـس الدعائم الحضارية المتميـزة ، خاصـة في جانب الإدارة ونظام الحـكم ،كالقـضاء والشـرطة وغيرها ... ومن الجوانب الحضارية التي كان لها حظ وافر من الإصلاح والتنظيم، ما يتعلق بمؤسسة الحسبة ، التي انصبت عناية المدرسة السحنونية عليها كثيرا ، بداية من الإمام سحنون الذي قام بفصلها أولا عن الوالي ، ثم جعلها في أيدي تلامذته المخلصين الأكفاء ، ليوسع نظرها فيما يصلح المجتمع والسلطة معا ، ثم تلقتها بعد ذلك تلامذته وأتباعه بقبول حسن ، مساهمين في تطويرها وترقيتها على مستويين ؛ الجانب النظري الفكري: المتمثل في التنظير الفقهي لقوانين عمل المؤسسة وهو ما يعرف بفقه الاحتساب، أو في الجانب التطبيقي العملي : المتمثل في سلوك وممارسات المحتسبين من رواد المدرسة . Abstract: The Sahnounia School in the Islamic Maghreb is considered to have the great credit for the organization of Moroccan society in general, which contributed greatly to the formation of the Moroccan identity with Islamic reference. This is due to the various and varied reforms that have affected the Moroccan society politically, culturally, economically and socially. This led to the establishment of distinctive civilizational pillars, especially in the administration and governance system such as the judiciary, the police and others. And one from the civilizational sides that had a great part of reform and organization was the institution of al-Hesba, which has been improved by the Sahnounia school especially, starting from Imam Sahnoun itself who has separated it first from the governor, and then made it in the hands of his faithful and competent students, To widen its consideration to benefit both the community and the authority, Then it has been received by its Students and followers with good acceptance, contributing to its development and promotion on two levels; Theoretical-intellectual side: The jurisprudence of the laws and rules of work of the institution, which is known as the jurisprudence of Al-Hesba (The practice of ordering what is right and forbidding what is wrong), In the practical side: consisted in the behavior and practices of the attendants of the school of Al-Hesba.
