الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على طبيعة اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو التكوين أثناء الخدمة دراسة ميدانية ببعض متوسطات ولاية معسكر ،ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي و ذلك بتطبيق مقياس تم بناؤه من طرف الباحث كأداة لجمع البيانات و تم التأكد من صدق و ثباته ،طبق على عينة قدرت ب 180 أستاذ و أستاذة ،و عليه توصلت الدراسة إلى : أن طبيعة اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ايجابية نحو التكوين أثناء الخدمة ، كما توصلت لعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو التكوين أثناء الخدمة تعزى لمتغير الجنس ،في حين أكدت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو التكوين أثناء الخدمة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، بينما أكدت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو التكوين أثناء الخدمة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية المهنية Summary : The aim of this study is to identify the nature of the attitudes of teachers of intermediate education towards training during service. A field study with some averages of the camp’s mandate. It was applied to a sample of 180 male and female professors, and on that basis the study arrived at The nature of the attitudes of teachers of intermediate education is positive towards training during the service, and it was concluded that there are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of teachers of intermediate education towards training during the service due to the gender variable, while the study confirmed the absence of the same differences Statistical significance in the attitudes of middle education teachers towards training during service due to the variable of the academic qualification, while the study confirmed the absence of statistically significant differences in the attitudes of middle education teachers towards training during service due to the variable of professional seniority
