دور إدارة التميز وفق نموذج (efqm) في بلورة التمايز في منظمات الأعمال - دراسة حالة شركة المراعي بالمملكة العربية السعودية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور عناصر إدارة التميز وفق النموذج الأوربي للتميز (EFQM) في بلورة التمايز لشركة المراعي بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود دور فعال وقوي لهذه العناصر خاصة ما تعلق بالعمليات في الشركة وكذلك باقي العناصر فيما يخص القيادة وتقيم الأداء، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني مزيد من النماذج العالمية لبناء نظام إداري متكامل بجانب انتهاج عدة استراتيجيات أخرى واليات لبلورة التميز الإداري وصولا للتميز المؤسسي الشامل. Abstract:This study aimed to highlight the role of elements of excellence management according to the European model of excellence (EFQM) in the development of differentiation for Almarai Company in Saudi Arabia, The study concluded that there is an effective and strong role for these elements, especially those related to the operations in the company as well as the rest of the elements in terms of leadership and performance evaluation,The study recommended the need to adopt more global models to build an integrated management system in addition to the adoption of several other strategies and mechanisms to crystallize the overall institutional excellence. Résumé: Cette étude visait à mettre en évidence le rôle des éléments de gestion de l'excellence selon le modèle européen d'excellence (EFQM) dans le développement de la différenciation pour la société Almarai en Arabie saoudite, L’étude a conclu que ces éléments, en particulier ceux liés aux activités de la société, jouent un rôle important et efficace en termes de leadership et d’évaluation de la performance, L'étude a recommandé la nécessité d'adopter des modèles plus globaux pour construire un système de gestion intégré, en plus de l'adoption de plusieurs autres stratégies et mécanismes visant à cristalliser l'excellence institutionnelle.
