الملخص
يشهد العالم اليوم وضعاً بيئياً مختلفاً،استفحلت فيه ظاهرة التغيّرات المناخية،وتـصاعدت معها المخاوف الدولية، مما جعل هذه القضية من أهم المواضيع التي تشغل المجتمع الدولي دولا و أفرادا، بعد أن أظهرت تداعيات جمة على البيئة ومختلف مجالات الحياة و أبعادها الإنسانية،فقد نبهت العديد من التقارير الدولية إلى أن ارتفاع درجة حرارة الأرض في نهاية القرن الحالي ستنتج عنه آثارا مدمرة لن تستثني أياً من مناطق العالم. تهدف ورقتنا البحثية للكشف عن حقيقة هذه الظاهرة العالمية ،التي أضحت محورا رئيسيا لأمن الإنسان في حاضره و مستقبله،لما لها من تداعيات و آثار لحقت بمنظومته البيئية مع ابراز الجهود الدولية الرامية لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة، من خلال عقد عديد المؤتمرات الدولية و ما أسفرت عنه من اتفاقيات و معاهدات دولية سعت لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة و العمل على التقليل من آثارها و تداعياتها تحقيقا للأمن البيئي المستدام. The world is witnessing today a situation aggravated the phenomenon of environmentally different climatic changes, with increased international concerns, making the issue of the most important topics of concern to the international community,countries and individuals, after that showed considerable consequences on the environment and the various areas of life, humanitarian dimensions, It alerted many international reports that the rise in the temperature of the earth at the end of the current century will result in devastating effects will not exclude any of the regions of the world. our paper is aimed to highlight the fact of this phenomenon, and the immediate consequences,future and the position of the international community, and who followed through the holding of several international conferences and what has resulted from the agreements ,international treaties have sought to counter this phenomenon and work to minimize its effects and consequences of preserving the planet, The future of human beings become dependent on a healthy environment and sound check of sustainable environmental security.
