الملخص
تطور مفهوم الهجرة و تطورت مقاربات التعامل معها، من ظاهرة سوسيو- اقتصادية بالأساس إلى ظاهرة أمنية ، رصدت لها مقاربات أمنية خاصة و سياسات عبر وطنية لضبطها ، ليس من منطلق سوسيو – اقتصادي بل تعدته للتصورات الأمنية بتبني مقاربات الأمن اللين و حتى الصلب. و هو ما تناولته هذه الورقة التي تطرقت إلى تطور مفهوم الهجرة ( الشرعية و غير الشرعية)، عبر مقاربات معرفية عبر تخصصية، مع التركيز على أهم النظريات المفسرة للهجرة خاصة غير الشرعية، وصولا إلى أمننة الظاهرة. The development of the concept of migration and the development of approaches to dealing with it, from socio-economic phenomenon mainly to a security phenomenon, which has special security approaches and transnational policies to control them, not from Socio-economic point of view, but rather to security perceptions by adopting soft security and even steel approaches. This paper deals with the evolution of the concept of migration (legal and illegal) through cross-disciplinary knowledge approaches, with emphasis on the most important theories explaining migration, especially illegal ones, to the security of the phenomenon.
