الملخص
تعمل هذه الدراسة على الكشف عن خطورة تبني المصطلحات الوافدة جاعلة مصطلح " السلطة " عينة للدراسة والتحليل؛ فَتَبَين أن مصطلح السلطة يتناقض مع طبيعة الحكم في الإسلام ومقاصده؛ كما ثبت أيضا أن الفقهاء المسلمين المتقدمين لم يستخدموا بتاتا مصطلح "السلطة" وإنما استخدموا مصطلح "الولاية"، والذي يعبر بدقة عن مقاصد وأحكام التشريع الإسلامي؛ كما رصدت الدراسة أسباب العدول عن مصطلح الولاية إلى مصطلح السلطة؛ مبينة أن هذا التحول حدث بسبب التحول في طبيعة الحكم في التاريخ السياسي للمسلمين، وتكرس هذا العدول في العصر الحديث بسبب الغزو الفكري. الكلمات المفتاحية : السلطة ، الولاية ، السياسة الشرعية، الفكر السياسي الغربي. Summary This study explores the seriousness of the adoption of expatriate terms making the term "authority" a sample of study and analysis. It turns out that the term power contradicts the nature of governance in Islam and its goals. It has also been proven that advanced Muslim jurists have never used the term "power" but that of "the state" which reflects the purposes and provisions of Islamic law. The study identified the reasons for the renunciation of the term "state" in "authority" indicating that this transformation occurred because of the change of nature of governance in the political history of Muslims, This decline has been realized in modern times because of the intellectual invasion.
