العدالة الاجتماعية والاستقرار السياسي في البلدان العربية : مقاربة لفهم العلاقة

الملخص
تحاول الدراسة فحص العلاقة الإرتباطية بين متغيري العدالة الاجتماعية و الإستقرار السياسي لما لها من أهمية كونها تعالج موضوع لقي إهتمام متزايد على الساحة العربية خصوصا، و أكاديميا في الوقت الراهن ،مع تشخيص الحالة في بعض البلدان العربية التي عرفت الحراك المجتمعي الذي أثر إلى حد كبير في إستقرارها ،كما تهدف إلى معالجة المفاهيم ومجموعة المعايير والمحددات التي تقوم عليها كل من العدالة الاجتماعية و الإستقرار السياسي ، ومن ثم تبيان طبيعة التأثير في العلاقة الترابطية بالإعتماد تحليليا على مقاربة علاقة الدولة بالمجتمع في بحث وتفسير مدى قدرة مؤسسة الدولة على التأثير في بيئتها ،وكذا الإقتراب الوظيفي الذي يفسر تضاؤل قدرة السلطة التنفيذية على الإستجابة،وعدم فاعلية المؤسسات التمثيلية بخصوص تجميع المصالح والتعبير عنها ،في ظل غياب الإتصال الذي يعد مدخلا يشرح تأثر الإستقرار جراء الحركات الإحتجاجية كرد فعل عن التهميش وعدم التمكين من مطالب العدالة الاجتماعية. الكلمات المفتاحية: العدالة الاجتماعية ، الإستقرار السياسي ،التمكين ،التهميش ، الحركات الاحتجاجية . The study attempts to examine the correlation between the variables of social justice and political stability because of the importance of dealing with a subject of increasing interest in the Arab arena in particular, and academically at the present time, with the diagnosis of the situation in some Arab countries, which identified the social mobility which greatly affected its stability , And aims to address the concepts and set of criteria and determinants of social justice and political stability, and then indicate the nature of the impact in the correlation relationship by adopting an analytical approach to the relationship between the state and society in the research and interpretation of the ability of the institution In the absence of communication, which is an introduction that explains the impact of stability on the protest movements in response to marginalization and the inability to enable the demands of justice.
