مفهوم العدالة عند جون راولز، من العدالة المحلية إلى العدالة الكوسموبوليتية

الملخص
ملخص : يسعى هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على نظرية العدالة عند جون راولز في بعديها المحلي والعالمي .فقد عمل جون رولز على إعادة بعث الفلسفة السياسية في الفكر الانجلوساكسوني من جديد بعد فترة عانت فيها من خمول وركود. ففي السنوات السابقة واللاحقة للحرب العالمية الثانية تراجعت الفلسفة السياسية وتراجع دورها إلى هامشية لا يكاد يلحظها أحد إذ أصبح الإهتمام الأول حينذاك للمنطق واللغة بينما أهمل شأن قضايا تمس الحياة الإنسانية أخطر ما تمس مثل الحرية والمساواة وحقوق الإنسان . فكانت فلسفة السياسة الراولزية علامة فاصلة في تاريخ الفكر المعاصر، وبعثا جديدا للإهتمام بمفاهيم العدالة ومبادئها، والعناصر المقترنة بها، لإقامة نظم إجتماعية تحقق العدالة للبشر والحرية والمساواة وتكافؤ الفرص والحقوق الأساسية. لقد كانت نقطة البدء عند جون رولز هي العدالة بين أفراد مجتمع ما ، يسميه المجتمع المحلي لينتقل بعد ذلك إلى الحديث عن العدالة في نطاق دولي، ومبادئ العدالة في العلاقات بين الأمم والشعوب. الكلمات المفتاحية : العدالة ، المحلي ، العالمي ،قانون الشعوب، الحرب العادلة. Summary : This articale seeks to high-light the theory of justice for john rawls in both its local and international dimensions( levels ). John rawls worked to resurrect( re- sent) political philosophy in anglo- saxon thought after a period of inactivity and stagnation. In the years just before and just after the second world war political philosophy retreated to a marginal role that almost no one noticed; as the first concern then became for logic and language ;while neglecting issues affecting human life ; the most dangerous of them such as freedom ;aquality and human rights . The political philosophy of rawls was a watershed in the history of contemporary thought And a new mission to concern itself with concepts of justice ; its principles and the elements associated with to establish social systems that achieve justice for human beings ;freedom ; equality ; equal opportunities and fundamental rights . john rawls starting point was justice among members of a community that he calls local community and then moves on to speaking about justice on an international scale and the principles of justice in relations between nations and peoples . keywords : justice local universal the law of people just war .
