La Stratégie D’externalisation En Algérie. Cas De La Sonatrach Aval.

Résumé
Ce papier présente l’étude de la stratégie d’Externalisation dans l’entreprise publique économique en Algérie à travers un modèle d’analyse de son processus et son impact sur la performance. Nous présentons nos hypothèses de recherche à partir du corpus théorique retenu et les variables latentes et manifestes qui composent notre modèle. Les résultats PLS montrent des effets en termes de coûts de transaction, de spécificité transactionnelle, de spécificité foncière et de densité contractuelle. This paper present the study of the outsourcing strategy in the Algerian state-owned economic enterprise through an analysis model of its process and its impact on the performance. We present our research hypotheses from the theoretical corpus retained and the latent variables that make our model. The results of the PLS statistical approach show some effects in terms of transaction costs, transactional specificity, land specificity and contractual density.
