الملخص
الملخص : هذا المخطوط يمثل أنموذجا حيا لكثير من المخطوطات التي قيل عنها أنها مفقودة، ولكن البحث والسؤال والتنقيب تكلل بالعثور على هذا الكتيب العجيب. كما تمثل هذه الرسالة إحدى الفتاوى الصحيحة في مسائل الطلاق؛ ألا وهي؛ الأيمان اللازمة، وفي العامية ترد بقول العوام :" راني لازم " أو " ألزمت بالليمين" ، وقد جاءت مفرقة في كتب الفقهاء، ونزلت حقيقة، وإلى يوم الناس هذا الاضطراب فيها حاصل لاختلاف المذاهب الفقهية فيها، وقد لمَّ شتاتها أبو بكر بن العربي، وأبان مواطن الغموض والإشكال فيها، فأحكم عقدها، ومهد سبيلها، وحل ألغازها، وها هي اليوم بين أيدينا، دانية قطوفها، تطلبُ خطابَها، لكي يقفوا على خصالها،. ويدركوا الصواب فيها وقوفا عند حدودها. فيترحموا على مؤلفها. Summary:This manuscript represents a real model among the lost manuscripts. Search, questioning and prospecting led to find this amazing handbook. This treatise represents also one of the true jurisprudential verdict in divorce cases; i-e: the bound oaths mentioned in the informal dialect as follow: “ rani lazem” or “ I am bound by an oath”. It was found dispersed in jurisprudence books, Its cases have really occured, and up to now confusion still exists between them because of jurisprudence school differences. Abu bakr Ibn Al Arabi collected its parts after it was dispersed, made it clear, free of ambiguity. He made it easier and solved its problems, and here it is available between our hands now, a piece of cake for those who seek it in order to get it, then ask blessing for its author after they arrive at a better understanding of its essence and identify its limits
