زيادات موطأ محمد بن الحسن الشيباني عن موطأ يحي بن يحي الليثي ومميزاتها

الملخص
إن موطأ مالك هو أول كتاب بعد كتاب الله مازال موجودا بين أيدي الناس إلى يومنا هذا، لكن الذي يلفت الانتباه هو كثرة نسخ الموطآت باختلاف رواتها ومضامنها، ولكن )الشهرة( بقيت لموطئين هما: رواية محمد بن الحسن في المشرق الإسلامي ورواية يحي الليثي في المغرب الإسلامي وغيره، وبحثنا هذا في مميزات رواية محمد عن غيرها من الروايات الموطئية، ثم التركيز على أهم ميزة، والتي هي زيادات هذه الرواية عن رواية يحي بالتفصيل، ومظان وجودها في باقي الروايات وكتب السنة والآثار، ثم خاتمة فيها نتائج وتوصيات. The famous book of Malik “AL Mowattaa” is considered as the first book after the the holy Quran that still existed until now , but what attract the attention is the large number of copies of this book in terms of its narraters and the contain , but the fame remained for two “Mottaas”: the narration of Mohammed bin Hassan in the Eastern and the narration of Yahya al-Leithi in the Western , and our research is in the features of the narration of Muhammad from the other “Mottaas’ narrations , and then focus on the most important feature, which is the increases of this narration from the narration of Yahya in detail, and the assume of its presence in the other narrations and the famous books of “ al sunnah” and then conclusion contains the results and recommendations.
