ملخص يعتبر الأجر أحد عناصر عقد العمل، والمصدر الأساسي لضمان عيش كريم بالنسبة للعامل ولأسرتة؛ لذا جعله المشرع في مصاف الحقوق الأساسية، وخصه بحماية تضمن للعامل الاستئثار بـه. Résumé Le salaire est un élément du contrat de travail et la principale source pour assurer une existence décente pour le travailleur et sa famille. Le législateur lui rangs parmi les droits fondamentaux et lui assurant une protection spéciale. ABSTACT Wage, is one of the elements of employment contract and the primary source to ensure a decent living for the worker and his family.
