The young practice of the International criminal court showed that Rome status has some faults specially the issue of = self referrals = . What shows this issue is what happened in some african countries like Soudan , Congo ,Ouganda .ect. These self réferrals are in an entire dysfunction with complementarity principle , which is one from the most important principles of Rome status
