الاستحالة بين علم الفقه و علم الكيمياء

الملخص
تناول الباحث مصطلح "الاستحالة" من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين علم الفقه وعلم الكيمياء فقدم تعريف المصطلح مع حكمه عند الحنفية والمالكية والظاهرية؛ والشافعية. ثم تناول المصطلح من منظور علم الكيمياء، وخلص أن تعريف الفقهاء لا يحقق معنى الاستحالة. Theresearcher discussed the issue of "biotransformation" through the comparison between Islamic jurisprudence and the science of chemistry, he presented the technical definition of the term and its verdict in the main four Islamic Schools (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'I, and Thahiri). Furthermore, the writer tackled the term from the view point of chemistry science. The study concluded that the definition of Muslim jurists did not apply or agree with the term "biotransformation".
