الملخص
من أشد صور الاستغلال التي يتعرض لها الطفل العمل القسري أو العمل في الصناعة أو الاستغلال الجنسي أو الاستغلال في التسول، فيعد التسول بالأطفال من الصور التي تشكل في جوهرها إستغلالاً إقتصادياً بالدرجة الأولى، لذا حذى بالتشريعات الدولية والوطنية تجريم التسول سيما إذا ما أقترن بإستغلال الأطفال، لذا حاولنا في هذه الدراسة تبين موقف التشريعات من هذه الجريمة ووقفنا بالتحديد على موقف المشرع الجزائري نموذجاً في ذلك . Exploitation of children in begging is one of the most exploitative methods of child abuse, begging children it is from images economic exploitation in the first place.
