الملخص
تعد جريمة اختطاف الأطفال من أخطر الجرائم الماسة بالإنسانية كونها تستهدف فئة مستضعفة غير قادرة على حماية نفسها بنفسها ، حيث تهدف هذه الجريمة الى استغلال الطفل او المتاجرة به او قتله وهو مايتنافى ومضمون التشريعات الوطنية و الدولية، إذ سعت مختلف الكيانات الدولية و الاقليمية الى تجريم هذه الافعال من خلال ابرام وانشاء اتفاقيات تحدد الحقوق الخاصة بالطفل وتحرم الجرائم الماسة به وتضع السبل الواجبة الاتخاد لحمايته من الجريمة المنظمة الماسة بالطفولة، حيث الى جانب التشريعات الوطنية و الاتفاقيات الدولية هناك العديد من الاتفاقيات و المعاهدات الاقليمية سواءا كانت افريقية او اوروبية او عربية تهدف بدورها الى صيانة وحماية الطفل من شتى الجرائم الماسة به و على راسها جريمة الاختطاف. Le crime d'enlèvement d'enfant est l'un des crimes contre l'humanité les plus graves, car il vise un groupe vulnérable incapable de se protéger par lui-même. Ces actes passent par la conclusion et l'établissement d'accords définissant les droits de l'enfant et interdisant les crimes contre lui et définir les moyens nécessaires à prendre pour le protéger de ce que l'on appelle le crime organisé affectant les enfants, où outre.ces pour sa que a cote de les législations nationales et les accords internationaux, il existe de nombreux accords, traités et organisations internationales régionales, qu'elles soient africaines, européennes ou arabes, en tour, vise à préserver et à protéger l'enfant de divers crimes à son encontre, en particulier le crime d'enlèvement. The crime of child abduction is one of the most serious crimes against humanity, as it targets a vulnerable group that is unable to protect itself by itself. These acts through the conclusion and establishment of agreements that define the rights of the child and prohibit crimes against him and lay down the necessary means to be taken to protect him from what is known as organized crime affecting children, where in addition to national legislation and international agreements there are many agreements, treaties and international regional organizations, whether African or European or Arab, in turn, aims to preserve and protect the child from various crimes against him, especially the crime of kidnapping.
