الملخص

تعتبر مشكلة البطالة احد أهم المواضيع التي شغلت بال المختصين في العديد من المجالات كمجال علم النفس، فمن المهم دراسة هذه المشكلة التي قد يتعرض لها الشباب ومحاولة تلافي آثارها الضارة على الفرد والمجتمع، لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة الهادفة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية والأمن النفسي لدى الشباب البطال بمدينة مستغانم، عن طريق استخدام المنهج الوصفي بشقيه الارتباطي والمقارن، واختيار عينة بطريقة الصدفة بلغ حجمها (80) شاب وشابة، وتم الاعتماد في جمع البيانات على مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية من اعداد السمادوني(1997) وتقنين بشير معمرية (2010)، ومقياس الأمن النفسي من اعداد زينب شقير(2005)، بعد التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية، وخصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية متوسطة ودالة احصائيا بين المساندة الاجتماعية والأمن النفسي لدى عينة من الشباب البطال بمدينة مستغانم. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في المساندة الاجتماعية لدى عينة من الشباب البطال بمدينة مستغانم تعزى لمدة البطالة ولصالح من كانت مدة بطالتهم أقل من 3 سنوات. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الأمن النفسي لدى عينة من الشباب البطال بمدينة مستغانم تعزى لمدة البطالة ولصالح من كانت مدة بطالتهم اكثر من 10 سنوات. The problem of unemployment is one of the most important topics that occupied the specialists in many fields such as psychology, it is important to study this problem that may be exposed to young and try to avoid their harmful effects on the individual and society, So this study aimed at finding out the relationship between social support and psychological security among Young unemployed in Mostaganem city by using the descriptive method in both correlative and comparative terms. The sample selection by chance was 80 young men and women, Data collection was based on the social support measure from Samadouni (1997) and the standardization of Bashir Maamria (2010), and the measure of psychological security prepared by Zainab Shukair (2005) After verifying their psychometric properties. The study concluded with the following results: -There is an intermediate correlation and a statistically significant correlation between social support and psychological security among a sample of young unemployed in Mostaganem city. - There are statistically significant differences in social support in a sample of young unemployed in the city of Mostaganem attributable to the duration of unemployment and to those whose period of unemployment was less than 3 years. - There are statistically significant differences in psychological security in a sample of young unemployed in the city of Mostaganem attributable to the duration of unemployment and to those whose period of unemployment was more than 10 years.
