تقييم شامل للّغة والعمليات المعرفية المرتبطة بها عند المصاب بحبسة بروكا: دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى الشلف

الملخص
تعتبر الحبسة قصورا مكتسبا في القدرة على فهم أو استخدام اللغة التعبيرية الشفهية والكتابية معا، وترتبط عادة بنوع محدد من الإصابة في المراكز العصبية المسؤولة على النطق والكلام في الدماغ، حيث ترجع لعدة أسباب منها: صدمات على مستوى الرأس، أورام في الدماغ، الجلطات الدماغية، وكذلك الحوادث الوعائية الدماغية، مما ينتج عنها مجموعة من الأعراض والمشاكل على مستوى اللغة الشفهية والمكتوبة، وكذلك الأغنوزيا والأبراكسيا. إن هذه الصعوبات التي تعرقل التواصل الشفهي لدى المصاب وتؤثر بشكل سلبي على جودة التواصل اللغوي عنده تجعل من الأهمية بمكان دراسة وتشخيص الحبسة في إطارها النفسي المعرفي واللساني، وبهذا تأتي هذه الدراسة لتقدّم تشخيصا ميدانيا شاملا لثلاثة حالات تعاني من حبسة بروكا، وهذا من خلال تطبيق بطارية التقييم المعرفي "B. E. C."، للباحث "signoret" المكيفة على البيئة الجزائرية من قبل "براهيمي سعيدة وآخرون" سنة (2008)، على هذه الحالات بمستشفى الأخوات باج بالشلف. Aphasia is considered as a shortcoming in the ability to understand or use oral and written expression language; it is usually associated with a specific type of infection in the nerve centers responsible for pronunciation and speech in the brain, where it is due to several reasons, Head-level shocks, Brain tumors, Stroke, as well as cerebro-vascular accidents, Resulting in a range of symptoms and problems on the oral and written language level as well as agnosia and apraxia. These difficulties impede the oral communication of the patient and negatively affect the quality of its linguistic communication, it makes it important to study and diagnose aphasia make it important within its psychological cognitive and linguistic framework. Thus, this study presents a complete field diagnosis for three cases suffering from Broca's aphasia, done through the application of the cognitive assessment criterion B.E.C of the researcher “Signoret” and adapted to the Algerian environment by “Brahimi Saida” and others on 2008, on these cases in the hospital of “Baj sisters” province of Chlef.
