This work, which is part of the Didactics of French as a Foreign Language and is carried out in Algerian academic circles, aims at developing a competency framework for a university public of economics specialization in a plurilingual context. To do this, we carry out an analysis of a corpus of economics courses under the projection of the textual notions of Adam (1991, 1999 and 2005). The research is carried out within the Laboratory of the Engineering of Language Programs in the Specialties (LJPLFS) of the Mustapha Stambouli University of Mascara. In a summary table, we shall proceed, in the first place, to the inventory of the regularities in the discourse of economy. We will then begin the analysis and discussion of the results obtained in order to propose, lastly, a sample of the FOU economics competence framework emanating from the proposed analysis.
