الملخص
الهدف الرئيسي وراء جهود التطوير للإدارة العامة بالمغرب أولاً وقبل كل شيء هو إنشاء خدمة إدارية حديثة تحدث تغييرات عميقة في العلاقة الوثيقة بين الإدارة ومواطني من ناحية ، والمستثمرين من جهة أخرى. ويتحقق ذلك من خلال تنفيذ آليات متكاملة تسهم في إعادة تأهيل وتطوير الهياكل ، وترشيد الموارد البشرية ، وإنشاء بيئة قانونية وتنظيمية وإدارية ، فضلاً عن تعزيز قدرة المواطنين على تحسين الأداء. استخدام أدوات الكمبيوتر والتعرف على وسائل الاتصال التكنولوجية. ومن الواضح أن هذه التكنولوجيا تمثل رافعة واحدة من بين آخرين للإصلاح الإداري. The main goal behind the development efforts of the public administration in Morocco and first and foremost is the creation of a modernized administrative service that bring profound changes in the close relationship between the administration and the citizens of on the one hand, and investors on the other. This is achieved through the implementation of integrated mechanisms contributing to the rehabilitation and development of structures, the rationalization of human resources, and the creation of a legal, regulatory and administrative environment, as well as enhancing citizens' capacity to optimize the use of computer tools and become familiar with the technological means of communication. this technology is obviously one lever among others for administrative reform.
