الملخص

على ضوء نتائج الحراك العربي الذي عرفته المجتمعات وما خلفته من تغيرات في أنظمتها السياسية والاقتصادية وذلك لتطبيق سياسة الديمقراطية، فالمجتمع الجزائري كغيره من المجتمعات قد شهد هذه التحولات بما في ذلك النظام الإعلامي لتقليص الفجوة بين السلطة والرأي العام الذي كرسته الآلة الإعلامية سابقا لإثبات وشرعنة النظام الأبوي من خلال توجيهاته وأدوات الهيمنة التي تحكمت فيه، إذن ظهرت الحاجة لإعلام مبني على النقاشات وخلق آلية التواصل لقضايا الفضاء العمومي، فلا يمكن الحديث عن السياسة التداولية إلا إذا أخذنا بعين الاعتبار التعددية وفسح المجال لمختلف أشكال التواصل، وبالتالي أصبح الرهان على القنوات الفضائية الخاصة ومدى اسهامها في تشكيل المجال العمومي الذي يمثل القوة المضادة للسلطة. abstract In light of the results of Arab mobility who knew the communities and the legacy of the changes in their political, economic, and that the application of democratic politics.
