Résumé Les violences sexuelles faites aux mineurs sont en alarmante augmentation. Suite aux derniers amendements du code pénal notamment par la loi n° 15-19 du 30 décembre 2015 modifiant et complétant l’ordonnance n° 66-156 du 8 juin 1966 portant code pénal , et à la loi n° 15-12 du 15 juillet 2015 relative à la protection de l’enfant , la notion d’intégrité sexuelle est apparue. L’atteinte à l’intégrité sexuelle des mineurs peut prendre plusieurs aspects, touchant ainsi les filles et les garçons de différentes manières. ملخص يعد العنف الجنسي ضد القصر في تزايد مستمر. في اطار تعزيز المنظومة القانونية في مجال حقوق الطفل وبعد التعديلات والإضافات التي جاء بها كل من القانون رقم 15-19 المؤرخ في 30 ديسمبر 2015 المعدل والمتمم للأمر رقم 66-156 المؤرخ في 8 جوان 1966 المتضمن قانون العقوبات، والقانون رقم 15-12 المؤرخ في 15 جويلية 2015 المتعلق بحماية الطفل، ظهر مفهوم الحرمة الجنسية، إذ أن الاعتداء على الحرمة الجنسية للقصر أصبح يأخذ عدة صور ويمس الاولاد، الذكور والإناث، بأشكال مختلفة. Abstract : Sexual violence on minors is on augmentation. Following the last amendments of the criminal code especially by law n° 15-19 of the 30th of December 2015 modifying and completing arrangement n° 66-156 of the 8th of June 1966 bearing criminal code, and to law n° 15-12 of the 15th of July 2015 relative to child protection, the notion of sexual integrity appeared. The infringement to sexual integrity of minors can take many kinds and can touch girls or boys.
