الملخص
. رغم التحولات التي مست البناء الكلي للمجتمع الجزائري من أجل بناء مجتمع جديد على أسس جديدة، إلا أنه عرف بمجمل العادات و التقاليد التي تحدد تصرفات الأفراد، حيث يفرض عليهم احترامها والعمل بها.ومع تصاعد موجات التحرر و الانفتاح على السوق، كان عليه أن يواكب هذا التحول فتأثرت المرأة بهذا التغيير الذي سمح لها بتغيير وضعيتها و مكانتها إلى ما هو أحسن فأصبح مجالها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي أكثر اتساعا على ما كان عليه خاصة بدخولها مجال التعليم والعمل المأجور لتساهم في تنمية المجتمع.
