الملخص
تكتسي المعاهدة المنشئة للمنظمة الدولية قيمة قانونية هامة، كون المنظمة الدولية ذاتها إنما تنشأ بموجبها، فضلا عما تشتمل عليه هذه المعاهدة من قواعد قانونية ناظمة لنشاط المنظمة الدولية. وعليه فسيتم التركيز في هذا المقال على التعريف بالمعاهدة المنشئة للمنظمة الدولية وطبيعتها القانونية وإبراز الخصائص المميزة لها عن غيرها من المعاهدات الأخرى ومضمون هذه المعاهدة. Abstract: The Constituent treaty of the International Organization has an important legal value , the organization itself had established because of this treaty . It contains the legal rules ordering the practices of the International Organization . In this article the focus is on the definition of the treaty ,its legal nature, its special characteristics , and its content.
