الملخص

نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية الى تحليل وقياس محددات البطالة في الجزائر في ظل الاصلاحات الاقتصادية والبرامج التنموية خلال الفترة (1990-2015)، سواء المدعومة من طرف صندوق النقد الدولي والهيئات الدولية، أو الاصلاحات الذاتية التي قامت بها الدولة بعد تحسن المداخيل المالية للدولة. بعد التحليل وبناء النموذج الذي يفسر سلوك هذه الظاهرة في الجزائر، توصلنا الى أن اجمالي الناتج المحلي بالأسعار الجارية ومعدل التضخم وسعر الصرف الحقيقي، بالإضافة الى المتغير الصوري الذي يعكس أوضاع الاقتصاد الجزائري هي العوامل المؤثرة على البطالة في الجزائر. Abstract this paper, we aim to analyze and measure the determinants of unemployment in Algeria under the economic reforms and development programs during the period (1990-2015), both supported by the International Monetary Fund and international bodies, or self-reforms carried out by the State after the improvement of financial income Of the State. After analyzing and building the model that explains the behavior of this phenomenon in Algeria, we found that the GDP at current prices and the rate of inflation and the real exchange rate, in addition to the picture variable that reflects the situation of the Algerian economy Are the main determinants of Algeria's unemployment rate.
