فعالية التدريب الالكتروني في ظل استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات- دراسة ميدانية في مؤسستين مصرفيتين-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية النشاط التدريبي في ظل الانتشار والتطبيق الواسع لتكنولوجيا المعلومات بمؤسستين مصرفيتين بسكيكدة، وتحليل طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، عن طريق تطوير استمارة معلومات قيست من خلالها واقع تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتدريب الالكتروني. وكانت الاستمارة الأداة الرئيسية في الدراسة، وقد اعتمدنا على أسلوب الحصر الشامل في توزيعها على كل الموظفين غطت مختلف الفئات بالبنكين، بلغ عدد الاستمارات الإجمالية المستردة 35 استمارة من أصل 40 استمارة. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة أهمها توفر وتطبيق كل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتدريب الالكتروني بالبنكين، كما أكدت الدراسة على وجود تأثير معنوي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على النشاط التدريبي الالكتروني. وقد اقترحت الدراسة الاستثمار الأوفر والتطبيق الأوسع لتكنولوجيا المعلومات حتى تصبح وسيلة أكثر فعالية في تحقيق وتنمية التدريب الالكتروني، من خلال تخفيض التكاليف وإمكانية الوصول للبرامج التدريبية في الوقت والمكان المناسب بما يتلاءم مع احتياجات المتدربين. The aim of this study is to identify the effectiveness of the training activity in light of the wide spread and application of information technology and to analyze the nature of the relationship between the variables of the study through a field study of the two banking institutions in Skikda. The questionnaire was the main tool in the study, and we relied on the comprehensive inventory method in distributing it to all employees of the institution covering the different categories of banks. The total number of retrieved forms was 35 out of 40 forms of which 32 are valid for study. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which is the availability and application of both information technology and electronic training in the two institutions under study. The study also confirmed the significant impact of information technology on the electronic training activity. The study suggested the greater investment and wider application of information technology to become a more effective means of achieving and developing e-training, by reducing costs and access to training programs at the right time and place to suit the needs of trainees
