جريمة البناء بدون رخصة في التشريع الجزائري

الملخص
يعتبر الترخيص بالبناء إجراءً ضروريًا لأسباب تتعلق بالتخطيط العمراني وكذلك لاعتبارات بيئية من أجل المحافظة على حياة الأفراد وسلامتهم وكذى ضرورة مراعاة التنسيق العام في البناء والتعمير للمحافظة على رونق ورواء المدينة، وهو ما جعل المشرع الجزائري يعتبر البناء دون رخصة جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون وذلك من أجل القضاء على ظاهرة البنايات الفوضوية . Abstract: Construction licensing is a necessary measure for reasons of urban planning as well as environmental considerations in order to preserve the lives and safety of individuals And the need to take into account the general coordination in the construction and reconstruction to maintain the splendor of the city, which made the Algerian legislator consider the construction without a license, a criminal offense. in order to get rid of the phenomenon of chaotic buildings.
