الملخص

Good governance under the administrative type of performance and the achievement of sustainable development in some municipalities -Field Study - Abstract: The current search goal to measure the reality of good governance and performance management in municipalities djelfa walaguat, The study was conducted on a sample of 90 workers by 43 workers and 47 working, as they undertook to adopt a measure of good governance and management performance measurement, the scale was addressed in ways Statistic using the spss25 program, the results showed: -The reality of applying good governance at municipal workers average and relative. -Intermediate level in management performance with municipal workers. - There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the application of good governance and administrative performance of the municipal workers due to the variables (age-qualifications-experience). Key words: good governance, disease management, municipal staff, djelfa, Laghouat. الملخص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس واقع الحكم الراشد ومستوى الاداء الاداري في البلديات بولاية الجلفة والأغواط، وقد أجریت الدراسة على عینة قوامها 90 عامل بواقع 43 عامل و47 عاملة، كما قام الباحثان باعتماد مقياس الحكم الراشد ومقياس الأداء الإداري وقد تمت معالجة المقياس بالطرق الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج spss25، وأظهرت النتائج: - واقع تطبيق الحكم الراشد لدى عمال البلديات متوسط ونسبي. - مستوى متوسط في الأداء الإداري لدى عمال البلديات. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05) في تطبيق الحكم الراشد والأداء الإداري لدى عمال البلديات تعزى لمتغيرات (السن- المؤهل العلمي- الخبرة).
