الملخص
الملخص: العلوم العقليّة النّظريّة، والتّطبيقيّة ركن أصيل في المنظومة الحضارية المغاربية الوسيطة، تعبّر عن حضورها وشهودها في عالم الآفاق، وتُنبئ عن درجة وعيها وتجذّرها في الإبداع الفكريّ والفنيّ، وإذا كانت الابحاث والدراسات قد تفاعلت مع النوازل في الجوانب الفقهية والثقافية المختلفة فإنّ الجانب الحضاري بالأخصّ لا يزال في حاجة ماسّة إلى الاستفادة من الموروث النّوازليّ، وتفكيكه، ومُساءلته من مختلف الزّوايا والجهات. وتأتي هذه الورقة لتُسهم في قراءة سوسيو ثقافية في الغرب الاسلامي الوسيط من خلال تتبّعَ فتاوى العلوم العقليّة التّطبيقيّة (طبّ - حساب - هندسة - فيزياء - فلك - كيمياء) في المنظومة النّوازليّة، وإحصاءَها، وتحليل مضمونها، والوصول إلى معرفة دورها المؤثّر في الصّياغة الاجتماعيّة، باعتبارها مسائل عقليّة عمليّة مرتبطة بحركة المجتمع. وما هي التجليات الثقافية والاجتماعية التي ترسخت من خلالها وكيف ساهمت في رسم قسمات المجتمع المغاربي في بعديه الثقافي والاجتماعي. Abstract The theoretical logical and applied sciences are a genuine pillar in the system of the civilization of the medieval Maghreb, they express their presence in the world of prospects, and they announce the degree of their consciousness and rooting in the intellectual and artistic creativity. And even if the researches and the studies about El-nawazil in the various cultural and jurisprudential aspects the civil aspect still needs to benefit from the heritage of El-nawazil and to analyze this latter from several angles. This paper contributes in a socio-cultural reading about the Islamic medieval Maghreb by following the opinions of the logical practical sciences (medicine- mathematics- geometry- physics- astronomy- chemistry) in El-nawazils’ system to count them and to analyze their content in order to know their effective rule in the social formation because these sciences are considered as a practical mind matters related to the movement of the society. And what are the cultural and social manifestations that have established through them and how have they contributed in drawing the dimensions of the Maghreb society in both cultural and social aspects.
