ملخص: يعد ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻲ، كمصطلح حديث، ﻋﺎﻤﻼ ﻤﻬﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺘﺤﻘﻴﻕ سياسة الدولة في جلب ﺍلاﺴﺘﺜﻤﺎﺭ، لذلك ﺍﻫﺘم به المشرع ﻓﻲ ﻤﺨﺘﻠﻑ ﺴﻴﺎﺴﺎت ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺘﻁﻭﻴﺭ ﻭﺘﺭﻗﻴﺔ ﺍلاﺴﺘﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﻭﺘﺤﻘﻴﻕ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻹﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻴﺔ المستدامة؛ تماشيا مع التطورات الحادثة على كل المستويات محليا وعالميا، ﻤﻥ خلال ﺘﻠﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺎﺭﻴﺔ ﻟﻜل ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﺎﻤﻠﻴﻥ ﺍلاﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻴﻴﻥ، في مختلف المراحل إلى غاية صدور القانون 16/09 المتعلق بترقية الاستثمار. Summary: As a modern term, the Industrial real estate is an important factor in the realization of the state's investment policy, the legislator is interested in different state policies to develop and promote investment and achieve sustainable economic development in line with local and global developments.
