الملخص
ملخص يستفيد المستهلك الإلكتروني من الحماية القانونية المقررة للمستهلك العادي، من خلال الالتزامات الملقاة على عاتق المتدخل، ومن بين أهم تلك الالتزامات الالتزام بتتبع مسار المنتوج، الذي يمكن المستهلك الإلكتروني المتضرر من منتوج معيب اقتناه عبر شبكة الأنترنيت، من معرفة سبب تعيب المنتوج والمسؤول عنه. Summary The electronic consumer is entitled to the legislative protection provided for the average consumer through the obligations imposed on the intermediary. So, the most important obligation to track the product, this obligation certainly permits to the electronic consumer affected by a defective product purchased through the internet networks, to seek at the same time, the defect cause and the responsible for it.
