Méditations De Malek Bennabi Autour D’une Démocratie Islamique

Abstract
ملخص تعتبر العلاقة التي تربط الإسلام بالديمقراطية، في الكثير من الأحيان، علاقة حساسة جدا؛ فمجرد التطرق إلى دراستها بتطبيق المنهج العلمي، يعتبر في حد ذاته تحديا فكريا طموحا. وفي هذا الصدد، يمنحنا المفكر الجزائري الكبير مالك بن نبي واحدة من أفكاره الرائعة، على اعتبار أن تعاملنا مع أحد المفهومين في حياتنا، لا ينبغي بأي حال من الأحوال أن يستبعد المفهوم الآخر. في كتابه 'الديمقراطية والإسلام' يُوضّح بن نبي من الوهلة الأولى إشكالية العلاقة عبر السؤال: هل ينتج الإسلام الشعور الديمقراطي؟ يجب القول أن بن نبي قدم عدة عناصر من شأنها تشكيل أجوبة لتساؤله، وتندرج هذه العناصر في مصاف تصوراته الأشد ابتكارا في هذا المجال. الفكرة من هذه الدراسة هي مدُّ جسور بين مفهومي الإسلام والديمقراطية؛ وبالتالي، تتجلى أمام الأعين رُؤى هذا المفكر العظيم، أين يتسنى للقراء الوقوف على المنهجية الفذة لمالك بن نبي أثناء تناوله هذه المفاهيم الجدلية. Résumé La relation qui lie l’Islam à la démocratie a été depuis souvent une relation très délicate ; se permettre d’aborder scientifiquement le rapport forgeant cette relation nous paraît une gageure intellectuelle à dessein ambitieux. A ce sujet, le grand penseur algérien Malek Bennabi nous livre une de ses brillantes pensées, dans la mesure où l’assertion de l’un des deux concepts dans notre vie ne devrait en aucun cas exclure l’autre. Dans son écrit La démocratie et l’Islam, Bennabi situe dès l’introduction les premiers jalons de la problématique : L’Islam produit-il le sentiment démocratique ? Il convient de dire que Bennabi en propose des éléments de réponse qui sont qualifiés dans l’ordre de ses réflexions les plus innovatrices dans ce domaine. L’idée de la présente étude est de tisser une navette entre les notions Islam et démocratie ; ainsi, vont s’illustrer de par cette idée les réflexions de ce grand philosophe où les lecteurs auront le soin de priser son caractère ingénieux dans sa manière de combiner le nœud entre ces deux concepts controverses. Abstract The relationship between Islam and democracy has often been a very delicate one; to allow ourselves to approach scientifically the report forging this relation seems to us an ambitious intellectual challenge. On this subject, the great Algerian thinker Malek Bennabi gives us one of his brilliant thoughts, to the extent that the assertion of one of the two concepts in our life should in no way exclude the other. In his book Democracy and Islam, Bennabi locates from the introduction the first milestones of the problematic: Does Islam produce democratic feeling? It should be said that Bennabi proposes elements of answer which are qualified in the order of his most innovative reflections in this field. The idea of this study is to bridge the gap between Islam and democracy; thus, will illustrate the reflections of this great philosopher where readers will be careful to take advantage of his ingenious manner in his way of combining the knot between these two controversial concepts.
